Will you ship to me?
We ship Worldwide, except Belarus and Russia at the moment. We use DHL, PostNL, GLS and UPS as shipping providers, depending on your location. We strongly recommend choosing the Express option if you are outside Europe due to delays in the normal mail system.
How much is the shipping cost?
Deliveries within Germany cost 6 EUR, the rest of the EU costs 10 EUR and all non-EU destinations cost 15 EUR. Be advised you are responsible for paying any additional costs, including but not limited to customs, duties and any taxes due in your country. We have no control over these fees, and thus cannot take responsibility for them.
How long will shipping take?
We will post your book in up to 5 business days after receiving your order. On top of that, allow 3 to 5 business days within Germany, 5 to 15 business days for the rest of the EU and 15 to 40 days for all other destinations. Be advised these are only estimates and there are delays throughout the world due to the COVID pandemic.
How can I track the status of my order?
When the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. For Worldwide orders, you can track its status via your National Post company. Regular tracking updates might not be available for some shipments and countries. The lack of tracking updates however, does not influence the shipment process itself.
Can I get my book faster?
We offer an "Express" shipping option using UPS Express. If your order has been shipped already with a standard shipping method, we cannot accelerate the shipping process anymore, nor refund your order.
Can I cancel my order before shipment?
Yes! Please contact us via email@example.com as fast as possible, and we'll cancel it and issue a refund.
Payment & Refunds
How can I pay?
We use Stripe to process payments securely. They accept all major credit cards, plus other payment methods depending on your country. We do not accept PayPal, bank transfers or cash. All payments are in Euros.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order please contact us in writing. If you cancel your order and the order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order.
In which language are your books available?
All our books and learning materials are written in English.
Can I translate your book or materials?
Not at the moment. We are focusing our energy into making more learning materials. To avoid distractions, overcommitting and the widest possible reach we will produce materials in English. However, we may consider translations in the future.
